Christophe Lemaire, is by day the creative director of Lacoste. The LEMAIRE collections are a crystallisation of a universe sweeping across a large spectrum of cultures: pop, rock, mods and misfits. This is so well illustrated by Ted Polhemus’ Streetstyle from Sidewalk to Catwalk. It is no secret that the designer has always been fascinated and inspired by the evolutions in music and pop culture, the blend of attitudes and the perfume of liberty they secrete.

Caitlin Mociun drawing inspiration comes from things as varied as the vegetables she buys from her local grocer to some of the rarest creatures to be found at the Natural History Museum, her line of clothing speaks as much to a sense of youthful discovery and creation as it does to traditional conceptions of aesthetics.

IRONS: Dawn of a New Supergroup

Irons is a new supergroup made up of Jake Bannon from Converge, the artist Stephen Kasner and our old chum Dwid Van Hellion (he of Integrity, Roses Never Fade and a thousand apocryphal tales that have been circulating around hardcore for about 20 years) then you can go right ahead and take out ownership of the word.
Irons are a collaborative effort of these three artistic visionaries. A collective effort to create apocalyptic, non-linear music from a primal fine art based mindset.
