It's common for the Japanese to take something existing and classic, only to reinterpret, redesign and recreate to yield what is arguably a better product. However with Toypunks Volume 1 starts off with a strong list of appearances with the likes of the aforementioned Bounty Hunter founder Hikaru Iwanaga, designer Frank Kozik and Hiddy Kinoshita of Secret Base among others. Throughout each scene, the toys, fashion and punk are strengthened through the experiences and insights provided by each person.
